I think I have finally figured out why Connor can not sleep an entire night in his own bed. I think his dreams are very vivid and when he has an unpleasant dream and wakes up alone he wants to come in our bed. There are a lot of times when he wakes up screaming or is very confused. He spent the whole night in our bed and all night long he kept talking in his sleep. This is not new. However, he did it all night. He was talking in completely clear sentences, but random throughout the night. Some things are sort of funny. At one point last night he actually sat up in bed, still asleep, and starting throwing punches. I am wondering if I should be concerned about this dreaming. He is probably not getting enough rest, I know I am not!

Valentine's Day Goodies

Connor enjoyed the Valentine's Day goodies that his "Gammie" gave him. He liked to lick all the sugar off his Pooh candy.

Jared & Grant's Birthday

Connor's cousins turned 3 last Saturday. They had their party at The Little Gym. Connor had so much fun. He was such a good listener during the activities and wanted to be right with his Cousins. He made sure he sat right next to them when it was cake time. Here are some pics from the party.

Chickin - fi - a

Almost every Friday Connor and I end up at Chick-fil-a. We both love that place. He is brave enough now to climb up the play gym and go down the slide. He also loves to play with the other kids there. Today there was a five year old boy that he had a blast with. But when it was just me and Connor in the play room he told me there was monsters over by the play gym. I told him to go get the monsters and not to let them get Mommy. He was so funny. He ran over to the play gym and started kicking underneath it yelling at the monsters. After that I guess they were gone.

Also this morning Connor went with me to the Doctor's office to have blood drawn. He was so good. He sat in my lap and told me "it be okay Mommy." Then he put the band aide on for me. I reminded him of the times he had blood taken and he told the nurse he had his blood drawn last night. Everything that happened in the past happened last night.

"Listen Me"

One of the cute things Connor's says right now is "Listen me" & "Look at me". If he thinks I am not listening to him or I am talking to someone else while he is talking he stops what he is saying and says "Listen me". The funny part is the sternness he says it with. It is very funny and cute. He also tells us "Look at me" when he is talking. Last night he was sitting with me on the couch and he looks at me and lifts my chin up while he tells me "Look at me Mommy". He is so funny and hard to resist. He even says these things while I am driving because the thinks I am not paying attention to him if I am watching the road. He is a funny little guy!

First Time Blogger...

I thought I would give this blogging thing a try. I have been wanting to write down some of the cute things Connor says and does so this will be a way to do that and to share those moments with all of you. We will see if I can keep it up...
